Delete from the game
- Open Project Afterlight and sign in.
- Open Account, then Account settings.
- Select Delete account and complete the identity confirmation.
- Review the final warning and confirm the request.
Request deletion on the web
Sign in below to permanently delete the account without reinstalling the game. Your credentials travel directly to the encrypted Afterlight API and are not stored by this website.
What is deleted
A completed request deletes or anonymizes the account, cloud save, progression, inventory, virtual currency, owned settlers, social links, clan membership, market listings, and support profile associated with that account. Public clan or market records may be anonymized where removing them would damage another player's transaction history.
What may be retained
Limited security, fraud-prevention, legal, and transaction reconciliation records may be retained when required. Expiring backup copies may persist for a limited operational period. Deleting the game from a device does not by itself delete an online account.
Before deleting
Account deletion is permanent once completed. Cloud progress, virtual items, and purchase entitlements cannot be restored to a deleted account. Cancel any platform subscription separately through Google Play or Apple if subscriptions are offered in the future.
